TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIAIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
