LangCall is an AI-driven tool created to automate phone calls, removing the need for users to deal with complicated phone systems or lengthy waiting periods. Users can request a call by providing key details like their phone number and the reason for calling.

After submission, an AI agent takes over the entire call process. This includes dialing, navigating through interactive voice systems, holding, and commencing the actual conversation.

Users are connected only when a live person answers on the other end. LangCall also lets users monitor call conversations as they happen, giving them the option to oversee the interaction.

Furthermore, LangCall delivers an in-depth summary of the conversation powered by AI after the call, and provides service in two modes: 'Transfer-to-me' and 'Fully Automated AI Calls'.
