The tool enables employers to input job postings, which the AI interprets in context. Candidates can then call to participate in a conversational interview.

The interaction between the AI and the candidates is designed to feel natural, avoiding a robotic experience. Align-A provides constant availability, screening candidates at any time.

A key feature of this tool is its consent-based voice AI, which gains spoken consent at the beginning of the interview. If consent is not given, the process switches to a notes-only format.
