Baseline AI is an AI-driven solution designed to expedite clinical trials. It takes a user's study protocol and automatically generates Case Report Forms (CRFs), database structures, validation rules, and analysis code. The user simply needs to review and approve these items.

This automation aims to eliminate the most time-intensive aspects of managing clinical trial data, potentially leading to substantial time and cost savings for users.

Furthermore, Baseline AI provides smooth integration with leading Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, minimizing disruptions to established processes.

Within the tool, the 'Upload' function enables users to submit their protocol and data management strategy, after which the AI constructs the database, CRF, and necessary checks.

This is followed by automated testing procedures. The 'Harmonize' feature is built to integrate data from diverse sources like eCOA, labs, and wearables, ensuring data consistency and compliance by automatically aligning it with the user's EDC format.

The 'Analyze' feature aids in data analysis by allowing users to upload their Statistical Analysis Plan, facilitating the creation of analysis-ready datasets, and generating code for tables, listings, and figures.

Baseline AI was developed by a team of MIT alumni with extensive technical expertise, focusing on enhancing clinical trial speed and effectiveness through AI.
