Elevate.AI is a tool that assesses the atmosphere of video calls or streaming video, delivering insights into communication effectiveness by identifying and analyzing participants' emotions through facial expression analysis.
It identifies eight key emotions and calculates an overall sentiment score, displaying positive, neutral, and negative expressions in color-coded circles next to each person's image. The app consistently updates each participant's sentiment score throughout the call, using a weighted moving average to account for recent activity.
It also displays an average sentiment score for all participants, which is helpful for assessing the call's overall sentiment. Elevate.AI monitors the sentiment of the active screen, switching to score faces shown in the currently active window, regardless of the application previously tracked. The facial expression analysis provided by the tool is designed to be inclusive and non-discriminatory, irrespective of age, gender, or skin tone.
The number of participants whose sentiment can be analyzed depends on your computer's processing power; however, a typical computer can generally handle multiple participants in a video call.
All facial images used for emotion recognition are processed and stored locally, reflecting the tool's dedication to protecting user privacy.
