The AI Assistant is a tool created to save business analysts time when processing requirements and generating deliverables. It achieves this by extracting details from natural language, organizing them into categories, developing project metadata, creating diagrams and prototypes, and assessing statements and requirements for thoroughness.
It can also assist in project documentation by automating standard text creation and developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for proposed solutions. Currently, the AI Assistant is a Google Chrome plugin that lets users analyze text by copying it into the plugin window or inserting it directly.
After processing, the tool generates a class diagram showing relationships, as well as a database. Furthermore, users can submit a request and agreement form for personal data processing. The Flexberry Platform is developing the AI Assistant, with an expected release in 2022.
It aims to aid business analysts by cutting down on time-consuming tasks, thus allowing them to concentrate on more difficult tasks.
