Kusho is a Visual Studio Code extension that acts as a copilot for testing APIs. It helps developers release software with fewer bugs by creating and running thorough test cases for various API scenarios from within the IDE.

Kusho, which is powered by GPT-3.5/4, removes the need to manually test APIs. It automatically creates test cases using basic information provided by the user, such as the URL, headers, and query parameters.

To use Kusho, find it in the command palette (CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + P), enter the required information for an example API call, and then click the generate button.

Kusho then creates detailed test cases for the API within Visual Studio Code. The tool simulates real-world production scenarios and provides a simple method for developers to check the functionality and stability of their APIs without extensive manual testing.

It aims to make API testing more efficient and accurate, leading to more dependable and stable software releases. Kusho is available at no cost and has approximately 208 installations currently.
