Mio – Your AI Phone Assistant

Mio functions as an AI phone assistant to manage both making and receiving phone calls for the user. By texting the application, users can easily direct Mio on tasks, similar to texting a contact.

Common tasks that can be delegated to Mio include scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling meetings, as well as confirming or denying incoming calls. Mio completes these tasks via real-time conversation as opposed to pre-written scripts.

This AI can navigate phone trees, waits when put on hold, and hold conversations with real people. Moreover, Mio is able to converse in over 70 languages which gives it a large international audience.

The user's identity is protected during calls; the user's caller ID is displayed during outgoing calls. Following each interaction, Mio delivers a brief summary to the user covering the call's key points and any related action items.

This AI can also store frequently used contacts, preferences, and locations which results in streamlined future interactions. Furthermore, users are able to receive live status updates and stay informed about call progress.

Mio will be available on the App Store, but is also usable through the web.
