You can upload your list to online stores or print it out to use in person. The built-in food tracker helps you keep track of your diet and manage your nutrition goals.

You can enter data manually or use information directly from the meal plan you've created. It lets you set goals based on things like losing weight, tracking calories, and balancing macronutrients.
