PatentSolve is an AI-driven tool that aims to simplify replying to patent office actions. The tool delivers arguments customized to the examiner, confirms citations by checking them against original documents, and creates a draft response that adheres to 37 CFR 1.121.

After a PDF of the office action is uploaded, PatentSolve reviews each cited reference, validates the citations, and prepares a comprehensive response that's ready for review. In addition to drafting responses, PatentSolve reviews each rejection, maps cited prior art on an element-by-element basis, and collects the examiner's prosecution history, including allowance rate, interview information, and recurring patterns.

It creates arguments specific to rejection types like 101, 102, 103, 112, and double patenting. Citations are validated against the actual source documents, and citations that cannot be found are flagged for further examination.

The tool provides a draft response with required amendments in the correct 37 CFR 1.121 format, complete with markup like strikethrough deletions, underline additions, and claim status indicators.
