Recroo AI is an AI interview tool designed to perform completely automated interviews. Its function is to create a realistic interview-like setting to help optimize the initial phase of screening candidates.

Recroo AI lets you define the interview process and the topics that should be covered. After that, the AI will automatically conduct the entire interview.

Recroo AI sends notifications once an interview has finished. A main feature is its AI feedback system, which offers thorough, rating-based feedback following each interview.

Users can also interact with the AI and ask questions regarding the interview. Additional features are interview transcription and audio recording, giving recruiters the option to review the interview in either text or audio format.

Recruiters can also use Recroo AI to manage candidates by bookmarking or archiving them. The app does need a job title to start the interview, but a more complete job description or custom interview questions can be added for a more detailed screening.
