Songmastr is an AI-driven tool created for automated song mastering. It gives users the ability to master their songs, making them sound similar to a chosen commercial reference track.

The platform highlights how important it is to upload a well-mixed song. Users should also ensure their mixed track has sufficient volume headroom. Applying stereo compression is acceptable, but using a limiter is not recommended since limiting will be a part of the mastering process.

This service helps users in the selection of a reference track. The reference should have the same genre and overall feel as the user's song. If the user's song is an instrumental or beat, a reference without vocals is preferred.

To begin the mastering, users need to upload a song from their device. Afterward, they'll be taken to the download page. Once the processing is complete, users can download the mastered file.

A key benefit of Songmastr is its foundation on an open-source library called Matchering. The AI that Songmastr employs masters tracks by aligning the RMS, frequency response, peak amplitude, and stereo width of the user's song with the reference track they've selected.

The tool is free for mastering up to seven songs each week, and it doesn't require any software or sign-up. It's important to note that song files should be under 10 minutes and 80MB to prevent server overload.
