Users can input prompts using natural language, specifying the necessary tables, and the AI model produces the SQL query. The tool is also compatible with several GPT models, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, and GPT-4o, potentially accommodating a broad spectrum of use cases.
Furthermore, SQLPilot enables the addition of numerous database connections without limitations. It incorporates a SQL autocomplete feature to accelerate the query creation process.
To protect privacy and security, the system does not store user schemas, queries, or login details. Instead, it only uses the data provided by users to produce SQL queries.
SQLPilot also supports downloading results as CSV files and intends to provide result visualization through graphs and charts. Currently, it supports PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, with plans to expand its support to additional database platforms.
