Tom's Planner's developers leverage ChatGPT to develop Gantt charts by posing questions to the AI, such as how to divide a project into distinct phases and name each phase.

Tom's Planner also allows users to introduce a new phase by dividing an existing activity, or prompt the AI to include additional activities in a group.

Users have the flexibility to refine activities within a project phase by providing the AI with further directions, or they can introduce a new phase to the project and request the AI to populate it with activities.

Users are able to adjust their Gantt chart parameters, including the count of main phases, activities per phase, the start date, duration in days, weeks, or months, and the language preference.
