Vital is an AI-driven platform providing personalized audio meditations. The platform creates custom meditations based on specific user challenges, preferred meditation styles, experience level, preferred voices and languages, and the time they have available.

Users can input their current thoughts or pick from suggested topics, and the system will customize the session. Vital has eight different meditation styles, including basic mindfulness, sleep stories, loving-kindness exercises, and visualization.

There are also six AI meditation instructors users can choose from, each with their own voice and approach. Vital also features an automated email sequence that teaches meditation basics to new users.

The email series helps users understand the principles of meditation and master different methods. The platform also has community features where users can see how their meditation practices compare with those of friends, family, or other practitioners. Vital also has a points and streak system that encourages users to monitor their progress.

Users are able to monitor their streak of daily meditations and accumulate points for consistency, hitting goals, or experimenting with new methods. The platform offers four different options for background music, the choice of silent meditation, and also allows users to set session timers.
