AI-Responder for HostAway

AI-Responder for HostAway, created by AI Duh, is a Chrome extension that aims to greatly improve writing efficiency by creating AI-assisted replies.

This tool primarily aims to automate written correspondence for hosts, focusing specifically on the HostAway platform. The AI Responder uses three data sources to create well-informed responses: a knowledge document specific to the property, guest information, and past chat logs.

The Property-Specific Knowledge Document helps the AI answer questions about the property with a detailed text of up to 800 words. Guest Data includes booking information such as the guest's name, dates, check-in and check-out times, etc.

Finally, incorporating the Previous Chat History ensures smooth conversation flow. The AI in the beta phase utilizes either OpenAI GPT3 Davinci-003 or GPT NeoX 20B, both known for producing high-quality text that often seems like it was written by a person.

The generated responses are dependable, usually requiring no changes and can be sent directly to guests. While HostAway and Chrome are the primary platform and browser, respectively, expansions to mobile devices, other platforms, and browsers are being considered.
